We chose Sepago's Profile Migrator and coupled it with Citrix's CloudPortal Services Manager to help ease the process. Profile Migrator captures the entire profile along with any data outside of the profile you choose. It will then convert that profile to a version 2 (aka Windows 7) profile and is fully compatible with Citrix's Universal Profile Manager. This has streamlined the user on-boarding process for us and our partners!
